Ordering and Payment

For secure on-line ordering Designation Limited uses Flo to Cash,  you can choose to pay via one of the following options:

·         Visa

·         Mastercard

·         Direct Credit

An order confirmation is sent to you via email.

Pricing

All prices at Designation Limited are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (calculated at the current rate of 15%).  The prices are valid at the moment of your purchase, however we reserve the right to alter prices shown at any time.

Refund Policy

If, for any reason, the products delivered are not up to standard, please contact us immediately.  You have 7 days to return the goods to us and we will replace the goods or refund your payment promptly. 

Delivery Policy

All goods are delivered within 5 days of reciept of payment / clearance of payment n Designation Ltd's bank account. Most deliveries are recieved within 3 days of receipt of payment, depending on area.

Cancellation Policy

All orders via this website cannot be cancelled once purchased via Direct Credit or through Flo2Cash.
